Privacy Notice (Interim)

ReferLi is pre-launch. This interim notice covers what we collect through this site today and how we use it. A full privacy policy, reviewed by counsel, will replace this notice before the service opens.

What we collect. What you type into our forms: your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, your street address, your business details, and the services you offer or are interested in.

Why we collect it. To build the waitlist and provider network for ReferLi's launch: to understand where our earliest families and providers are, to review provider applications, and to contact you about your application or your place on the waitlist.

Your address. We use it to plan coverage — knowing where families and providers are tells us where ReferLi can open first. We do not publish it, and we do not sell it.

Your phone number. We use it to send the text messages you separately agreed to — and only if you checked that box. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. We do not sell it.

Email. We send transactional confirmations of your submission. Marketing email goes only to people who checked the email-updates box, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Site analytics. We collect basic information about visits — pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location from your connection — to understand interest in ReferLi. We do not sell it.

Sharing. We do not sell or rent your information. We use service providers to run this site (hosting, email delivery); they process your information only for us.

Removal. Email privacy@referli.com and we will remove your entry.

Changes. When the full policy replaces this notice, we will not use anything you gave us here for a materially different purpose without asking you first.
