Who you will actually meet
Every person we present has been identity-checked and background-checked with their written permission, had their references called by us, and been interviewed by a member of our team. We re-check those clearances on a schedule — and anyone whose checks lapse comes off our list until they are current again. No exceptions, and no self-reported badges.
If your placement doesn't work out within 90 days of their start date, we search again and find you someone else at no additional cost. That is what the fee buys: the search, and the replacement.
We review your request before we ever ask you to pay. If we can't fill it, you pay nothing.
